Does it work on mobile and desktop?
Yes. Whale Journal is a standard Google Sheets template — use the free Google Sheets app on iOS/Android or your browser on desktop.
Is it subscription?
No. ฿990 one time, lifetime access. Future updates are free from the same email link.
Can I edit / copy / delete sheets?
Yes — once you tap "Make a copy" from the email link, the sheet is 100% yours. Rename, delete, share with a coach, copy to a teammate — all good.
Is there a Notion / Excel version?
Not yet. We chose Google Sheets because it is free, cross-device, and shareable. You can "Download as .xlsx" from Sheets but a few formulas may not survive the conversion.
Are updates really free?
Yes. Every new version is emailed to existing customers. Tap the same link, "Make a copy" to replace your sheet, or keep both versions side by side.
Payment methods?
Omise: credit/debit (Visa, Master, JCB), PromptPay, TrueMoney Wallet, and Thai bank installment plans. PCI-DSS Level 1 secured.
