Digital products · instant delivery

Every TradingEdge product (the SMC × ICT video course, the ICT Ebook, the Trading Journal, and any other digital product) is a digital product delivered instantly via Google Drive / Google Docs the moment your payment succeeds. View-only access is granted automatically to your Google account within minutes, and the access links are emailed to you.

Core policy · all sales are final

Because access is granted immediately and is irrevocable (you can see the entire product the second you pay), all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been delivered. Please review the product details and price carefully before paying.

Exception · a technical failure that blocks access

We guarantee you can actually access what you bought. If you hit a genuine technical problem that prevents access — for example:

  • the delivery email never arrives (after checking spam / promotions)
  • the Google Drive / Google Docs link doesn’t grant you access
  • you were charged twice or charged in error

Contact us within 7 days of payment. We will fix your access, and if we genuinely cannot get you access, we will issue a full refund. Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded in full.

Not eligible for a refund

  • change of mind after access was delivered
  • not having had time to watch / not having started
  • dissatisfaction with the content after accessing and viewing it
  • not achieving the trading results you hoped for — our products are educational only and carry no guarantee of profit. Trading involves risk; please read our Risk Disclaimer

How to request a refund

Email tradingedge1996@gmail.com with your order reference (charge id) and the email you purchased with. We respond within 3 business days.

How refunds are issued

Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method (the card you paid with) via Omise, typically within 5–14 business days depending on your card issuer.

Before you file a chargeback

If anything goes wrong, please contact us first — we resolve issues far faster than a bank dispute, and in almost every case we can restore your access the same day.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Thailand and forms part of the TradingEdge Terms of Service.
