1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing tradingedges.org or purchasing any TradingEdge product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

This site and its products are operated by TradingEdge (“we”, “us”). Contact: tradingedge1996@gmail.com

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a transaction to purchase our products.

4. Digital products & access rights

Our products are digital goods (video course, ebook, templates) delivered view-only via Google Drive / Google Docs. Access is a personal, single-user, non-transferable licence, available for as long as we operate the service.

5. Intellectual property

All content (videos, documents, images, slides, text) is the copyrighted property of TradingEdge. You may not copy, download for redistribution, screen-record, reproduce, resell, or publicly share it without permission. Violation results in immediate revocation of access with no refund and may be subject to legal action.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Omise, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider. All prices are in Thai Baht (THB). We do not store your card details on our servers.

7. Refunds

Digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once accessed, except for technical failures. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Not investment advice

All content, courses, and ebooks are for educational purposes only. They are not investment advice and carry no guarantee of profit. 9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or products for any unlawful purpose, not to reverse-engineer them, not to share your account / access, and not to scrape the site automatically.

The site links to brokers and prop firms with whom we hold affiliate / IB relationships — see our Affiliate Disclosure. We are not responsible for those third-party services.

11. Limitation of liability

Products and services are provided “as is”. We make no guarantee of results. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your access if you breach these terms — in particular by sharing or redistributing the content.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version appears on this page with its update date.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Thailand.
